Description: The 2025 Ohio Coaching & Mentoring Network's Conference will take place in Dublin, Ohio on Thursday, June 5th. The theme is Realign, Refresh, & Refine Your Professional Skills. This year's conference is focused on enhancing and building professional development skills in Ohio's prevention professionals across all levels. Whether you are just starting out in the field of prevention or are supervising a whole team of prevention professionals you will find workshop sessions that are right for you. Workshop topics will focus on leadership enhancement, communication strategies, conflict management, effective delegation, setting professional development plans & goals, time management, and more!

Overall Conference Training Objectives: 

1. Attendees will be able to list at least 2 new skills they want to implement at their place of work to improve professional development efforts.
2. Attendees will be able to explain the importance of professional development and continued learning.
3. Attendees will gain a better understanding of how the OCAM Network can help them reach their professional development goals.
4. Attendees will build their prevention network by engaging in meaningful conversations with other prevention professionals.

Continuing Education Hours:

• Prevention & CHES CEUs available
• Participants can earn up to 5.5 hours
• Domains Available: P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, & PS1

Scholarship Information: 

A limited amount of scholarships are available for this year's conference. The 2025 OCAM Conference scholarship covers the following: Conference Registration, Mileage, Hotel Room (1 night), and 1 Meal at per diem rates

• Scholarship Applications are closed & currently in review
• Applicants will hear back about Scholarship Applications no later than May 16th 

Vendor Application:

Interested in having a Vendor table at this year's conference? 

• Vendor Application due Thursday, May 1st, 2025 
• Vendor Fee: $100 per person

Hotel Accomodations:

A room block for individuals wanting to stay at the Marriott Columbus Northwest the night before the conference (June 4th, 2025) is available.
